Hot Springs

Rotorua is known for is natural hot springs, mud pools and gysers. It is rich with Maori culture and villages. It smells like rotten eggs, because of the sulfur, but that didn't stop us from enjoying it. As soon as we drove into Rotorua you could see the the steam coming off of the hot pools. Next to our hotel was a Maori village that you could tour and see all of the hot springs, gysers and mud pools. We had a great time. learning about Maori culture and how they use the hot springs. The next day we went to the Polynesian Spa and relaxed in the hot springs, had massages and loved every minute of it.
