Valencia the city of Arts and Science

We  took a train from Barcelona to Valencia. We decided to take a first class train to valencia (same price as coach). The description of first class was meal, drinks and tvs. We had a ton of room but no meal, no drinks and tv's for every 3rd row showing we bought a zoo but in spanish. We still had a nice time though.

Our hotel was out of the down town area and closer to the Arts and Science's Park, which was amazing. We walked over there as soon as we got settled in the hotel. Our first view

I think the best way to describe it was like being in a Star Trek episode on a futuristic planet. The buildings were so unique .

We had read that Valencia is a very bike friendly city and a easy way to see everything. There was pay and park bikes all around town. So we bought a pass and rode our bikes everywhere- parked them and picked up new ones when we needed them. It was a perfect way to see the city.
