Flight of the Elams: 4/5 months

We have finally arrived in Arizona! We've moved into our new house which we love. It was a long process finding this house but worth it. It is in a fantastic location and we feel really lucky to be here. When we first arrived in Phoenix (we actually live in Tempe) it was 115 degrees and man was it hot! But it has cooled down to the 80's now which is perfect. The sun shines every day and it is a huge change for all of us from rainy old England!

Lachlan is getting so big! He is changing every day. He loves to play with his toys and has been really interested playing in his space ship (pictures below). He still loves to hang out on his back but this month he rolled over to his front and now loves rolling back and forth between his belly and back. He has started a baby swim class and it is so much fun! Lachlan gets so excited kicking his legs before we even get into the water. He has started saying mama and baba which melts our hearts, we love hearing him talk. We are just waiting for dada! He has found his feet and loves to grab at them. He has started laughing but no belly laughs yet. He is just starting to sit on his own for a couple of seconds as well. He is such a sweet baby, we love watching him play and jump in his jumperoo. We also love all of the smiles and wet slobbery kisses he gives us. He has started eating rice cereal and enjoys it but he is not a fan of butternut squash or avocado. Where is Thumbkin is still his favorite song- we go to singing at the library and he loves all the music. Here are some pictures from the last month and half.
