2011

Here is a look back at 2011 with some of our favorite pictures and memories.

January started off with snow in America

Blizzard 2011

Cross country skiing in the  subdivision was the only way to get around.

February brought warmer weather but with some ice still hanging on

 and visits to some of our favorite wineries.

March took us to the west coast

San Francisco

and a 6 weeks in Oregon

Oregon was good to us, we loved the delicious beers

beautiful nature

and some awesome roommates!

In April we headed back to Illinois for some family time before we left on our next adventure.

Motorcycle ride with my dad

and a going away dinner with a British theme

and a husband who turned 30!

We landed in London on April 28, Kit's 30th birthday and for the Royal Wedding

May brought sunshine in the UK and friends

June took us to Cardiff, Wales

and brought Anna for a visit to Leicester and London

 My parents came for a week in July

and we took a day trip to Rutland waters for a bike ride.

In August we had some grand adventures,

We went camping near Brighton

 Kits parents, brother and girlfriend came for a visit to London

Paris

and amsterdam

September was my birthday month and a trip to Chatsworth house

In October Kit ran a half marathon and did fantastic!

We also went to the South of the Uk to Stonehenge and Glastonbury

November was filled with walks in the countryside 

and a Thanksgiving dinner with friends

December was spent getting ready to go home for Christmas!

2011 was a great year and I can't wait to see what adventures we will have in 2012.
